Shipping Policy

Since every Tandav Tees product is printed to order, please allow 2-4 working days for printing and dispatch after your order is placed.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders within India are typically delivered in 5-9 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and other factors (public holidays, weather, courier load). In rare cases it may take longer depending on product availability.

Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India may take a few additional working days.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be shared to your email once your order ships. If you haven't received it, please write to us at tandavtees@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order being marked shipped.

Which courier companies deliver the product?
Our orders are shipped via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and Ecom Express, depending on your pincode.

What happens if tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received my order?
This is rare — the product is sometimes received by a family member, neighbour, flatmate, or office mail room. In genuine cases, we will investigate and refund the full amount if warranted; this typically takes up to 10 working days.

If you've received a delivery notification but not the product, please let us know within 48 hours of that notification. We will raise the issue with our courier partner right away. After this window, it becomes difficult for us to act, and we won't be able to take responsibility for the loss.
